This command sets up a job which will blank the screen after a certain
amount of time if a key is not pressed or the mouse not moved. The delay
depends on the value of time% (1-20 = seconds), (21-59 = minutes).

To turn off this function, use time%=0.

Pressing a key or moving the mouse will reactivate the screen.
